Despatch of Your Order

Most orders placed before 1:00pm (Monday to Friday) are despatched the same day, subject to payment verification. Orders placed outside of this time are processed the following working day.

Please note that we can only ship within the United Kingdom with the exception of PO Boxes, BFPO and Channel Island addresses.

Standard Service

All orders delivered to UK addresses via our standard service are despatched via Royal Mail or a secure courier service, so you should normally receive your items within 1-3 working days after you have placed your order. A delivery charge of £5.95 applies for the first item in your order, subsequent items despatched at the same time incur a delivery charge of £1 per item. The afore mentioned rates do not apply to Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and non industrial Scotland where a delivery charge of £8.95 applies for the first item in your order, subsequent items despatched at the same time incur a delivery charge of £1 per item
